The Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C.

The Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C. is a full-service law firm, advocating for clients throughout Southern and Northern California. We have offices in Beverly Hills and San Francisco and handle cases from the pre-litigation phase through discovery and jury trial in state and federal courts.

The law firm's approach is to treat all clients like family and provide quality legal representation - not charging clients any upfront fees or costs, not backing down and settling with insurance companies below the true value of the case, and maximizing case results for each and every client. It is our mission to approach each case with the utmost attention and detail.

The law firm works on a contingency, meaning we are only paid a percentage once you are paid at the end of a case.

A Track Record of Winning

Arsen Sarapinian founded the Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C. after years of experience litigating cases throughout Southern and Northern California while working with nationally-recognized law firms such as The Dolan Law Firm and Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy. This included fighting corporate giants such as PG&E, national and international banks, governmental agencies, trucking companies, insurance companies, and others. In 2019, Super Lawyers Magazine selected Mr. Sarapinian as "Rising Star" (limited to 2.5 percent of attorneys in California). That same year, The National Trial Lawyers selected him to the "Top 40 Under 40" list.

Arsen has tried several cases before juries and has arbitrated and mediated dozens of cases across California, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of deserving clients. A unique aspect of the firm is our understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and defend cases. Arsen previously worked with insurance companies (outside trial counsel) and defended high-stakes personal injury, wrongful death, and employment cases with damages in the 6-8 figure range. This insight puts the firm at an advantage when dealing with insurance companies.

His track record of success also stems from understanding what judge's look for, how judge's analyze legal arguments, and how judge's make rulings. Arsen has this experience - having worked as a judicial law clerk for Justice Marvin R. Baxter of the California Supreme Court (highest court in California) as well as to Judge Elizabeth D. Laporte of the District Court (federal court), where he assisted the courts in making rulings and writing judicial decisions.

Arsen is graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the law school's flagship law review, the Hastings Law Journal and his article, "Fighting Foreclosure: Using Contract Law to Enforce the Home Affordable Modification Program" was published in the Hastings Law Journal (64 Hastings L.J. 905 (2013)) and was awarded UC Hastings' Albert G. Evans Scholarship in Private Enterprise. Arsen serves on the Board of Directors of the Litigation Bar Association ("LBA") and is a member of The National Trial Lawyers ("NTL"), the Armenian Bar Association ("ABA"), the American Association for Justice ("AAJ"), the Consumer Attorneys of California ("CAOC"), and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles ("CAALA").

Areas of Practice

We provide quality representation to clients in the following areas of law:

Personal injury law allows an injured person to go to civil court and get a legal remedy (damages) for all losses stemming from an accident or other incident. The purpose of the personal injury system is to allow the injured person to be compensated financially or "made whole" after he or she has suffered harm due to someone else's carelessness or intentional conduct.

Wrongful death claims are brought against a defendant who has caused someone's death. Wrongful death claims allow the estate and/or those close to a deceased person to file a lawsuit against the party who is legally liable for the death. Though each state's wrongful death laws vary, these kinds of lawsuits are usually filed by a representatative of the deceased person's estate, often on behalf of surviving family members affected by the death.

Civil Rights law includes the use of excessive force or lethal force leading to injury or death, unlawful arrest, and improper search and seizure. This applies to governmental authorities, including police officers, sheriffs, correctional facility officers, and others.

Employment law concerns the relationship between employers and employees. It covers a broad range of issues, including sexual harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, wrongful termination, retalition, failure to accomodate a disability, and workplace safety.

We advocate for clients in a wide range of real estate law disputes. We counsel and represent buyers and sellers of properties, property managers, and real estate brokers and agents in transactional and litigation matters.

Estate planning law involves the drafting of wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, and other documents to facilitate the transfer and management of property after death.

Other areas of practice include:

  • Motorcycle Collisions
  • Bicycle Collisions
  • Hazardous Roadway Conditions
  • Burn & Fire Injuries
  • Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)
  • Elder Abuse
